Graphical File Viewing
It is a huge advantage to have a graphical view of all files prior to download. It gives a much greater feeling of confidence and comfort when accessing files.
The WorkFlow system produces a thumbnail of the 1st page of any document on receipt to its file structure.
This includes:
- PDF files
- EPS files (often difficult to view without a 3rd party application)
- TIFF files
- BMP files
- Jpeg files
- Giff files
When you move your cursor over any thumbnail a larger preview is automatically generated without any user input. Double clicking a file will take you to the visual history of that file showing all versions uploaded to the system and giving a definitive history of who has done what and when.
Each file has its own colour coded header that gives a clear note as to the current state of that asset.
