We know that very few titles ever go through production without any problems but our system does allow for the possibility of producing a publication from receipt of author material to supply of printer ready PDF files without ever printing out a single piece of paper, sending a single e-mail or making a single phone call.

All actions are automatically logged and a detailed history of every action is saved with every file detailing who has done what and when.

The calendar function that is available to anyone you allow to see it does away with the responsibility of ever having to do another job report. All those allowed can access the live calendar anytime from anywhere.

At the tail end of any project you now no longer have to send multiple e-mails or faxes as the final corrections are sorted out. Simply use the on-line markup function. The comp can be making final corrections at the same time you are marking them up. As soon as the final T is crossed and the final I dotted the pages can be approved on-line and the final PDF can be generated "On System" so removing the traditional wait for the final printers PDF file to be supplied.
